How do I start Team Speak while in the game?

I was wondering how to enter an IP # to use team speak while playing, how do you shrink to windows and back. I tried the windows key, but that didn't work. There has to be a way to change and control team speak during game play.

Alt and Tab?

all i do is just press Alt+Ctrl+Delete and close windows task manager and fix whatever i want to fix

Alt-Tab fix? Wow, just what I needed, so glad I found this! no more crashes.
