Did the 1.4 patch add multi threading to BF2142?

My process usage for 2142 is around 65% now. If I set the affinity to one CPU I actually drop FPS.

Before, it never went over 50% and setting affinity didn't do anything to performance.

As far as i know BF2142 is not multi-threaded. Though what you are experiencing suggests otherwise, so I really don't know.
