When i join a server and the map finally loads, the game is 1/2 over. It takes like 3-5 mins to load a map. Once inside, lag is present but not terrible. I have to have everything on low setting to play, which doesn't seem right. I tried searching for an answer, but found none. Any advise why its running slow?

Nechro, the slow loading will be down to your computers performance, i.e cpu speed and memory. I experienced slow loading on my old pc but since getting a new one the maps load in next to no time. My internet connection hasn't changed since having the older computer.Comment

I have a 2.0 p4
1.5 gig ram
radeon 1600X pro vid card
6mb dsl line
not sure what else you need.

-defrag

I just installed the game a week ago. Ive been having this problem since the beginning. I run a virus/spyware scan every week, automatically. I defragged a couple days ago. I will try clearing cashe, but like i said since the beginning.Comment
