If the grenade comes into a room full of my teammates, I will throw it back and risk it.

If the server is full of noobs, I will because they probably didnt cook it.

    Otherwise, I go for cover.

Having been blown away too many times trying to throw the thing back, I now just run away.

I rarely do it, whenever I try to it explodes right as its passing my ear. Entertaining to watch, Im sure.

                  I had to vote sometimes..

The throw back nade this does work sometimes.. But not as often as u hope..

I still want the ability to kick nades back...

Rarely, and whenever I try to, I usually die.

I never do, people just cook them off quickly that there's no point in throwing them back.

Cooked nades are almost impossible to deal with.

But when the dreaded Martyrdom nade goes *clink* near you, those are the ones than can often be launched away, and snag an extra kill or two (or at least save your @$$ and maybe a team-mate or two).

Marty nades always seem to have a shorter fuse than regular nades, and by the time I decide to pick it up the fuse is wasted.

I think they need to make it so that throwing back a grenade is instantaneous because i sure as hell know if a grenade is thrown at me im not going to grasp it firmly reach my arm back and give it a huge throw before it explodes.

                              I agree.

It doesn't take much arm strength to simply chuck it a few meters away. No need for a second long animation...

Even though MOH:Airborne had tons of problems, I think they had a good idea of using a quick kick to get rid of nearby nades, instead of having to pick them up and throw them.
