Ranking Bar Not Moving

This has been a problem for me for about approx, 6-8 months. I just got a new ranking (which is Master Gunnery Sergeant) I got all my weapons but the ranking bar doesn't move and it's been in the same spot ever since. Check it! I don't understand this??? I got a new rank, un locked all my weapons and NO ranking bar being moved.

so for say like killing someone do you actually gain any points? or nothing at all because it says on the website im checking (not your one) you are 31% to your next rank?

it shows that your progress bar HAS moved...

1. click the first link i gave you

2. type your user name in the search bar to the left

3. look at your stats.
