While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
You won't be able to crank absolutely every setting to the highest level, no. Things like anti-aliasing, aniso-filtering, etc will give you a big frame-rate hit. You can probably have most of your textures set to high though.
However, your setup is good enough to still make the game look very good and run well, by turning a few things off/down.
It's not just your card. Your processor is a bit under-powered as well, and is going to struggle from time to time even if you have an uber-card.
If you haven't already, download the free Single-player demo, and give it a spin. That'll give you a rough idea of how the game will run on your current setup.

the prossesor is just fine i have a 2.00 ghz prossesor whit 8800gts oc + 3gig ram and i run every posibble setting on high whit frame rate not under than 60
