I run a small Mod Server. I do have HC turned on. But it doesn't seem like HC is turned on. I'm confused as to what to do. I like HC, but if I still have to put more rounds into the person I'm attacking then I'd rather just run SC.

If you can down a man with one shot with a USP, then its HC.

Well you see. It is set to hardcore. But it takes probably a half a clip on a D eagle just to lay someone out. The same with all weapons(except the knife), all the huds are gone too. So I know it's set correctly. I think it may be something within the maps when they were created.

There might be an error in your server config file that's not activating HC mode properly, especially if you're running a server with custom maps.

You may want to make a post on the forums over at infinityward.com or fpsadmin.com, as there are a lot of people there who are experts at running servers. If you do, post a copy of your server config file, and someone will probably be able to spot the error for you.
