Losing all hope of ever getting this to work again.

I keep getting error after error. I install 1.4 and it said patch failed. I load game and it crashes when I do anything.

I have reinstalled the game numerous times, cleared the registry, even reformatted my hard drive, and still nothing. Downloaded the patch from multiple sources and got nothing. Even went to 1.25 and then updated.

I keep having the same problem... either it says modified content, or the the patch "fails" and the game crashes to the desk top when I load multiplayer, single player, or audio.

my friend had similar problem i think when he patched his game it also said patch failed after it was done 2 days later he found out his hard drive was corrupt or something ill ask him what he did to fix it.
