what does this mean??? why doesn't my BFHQ Ranking level move/change?

I got a new rank and yet.....NOTHING!
Sent dumb EA a message...nothing!

Losing Key packets is a PB issue, where your system is not sending PB what PB wants.

Make sure the PB exe's are enabled in services and also maybe add them to your firewalls exception list, do a search on the forums you will find plenty of posts concerning 'Losing Key Packets'.

I don't play much BF2 these days, but quite a few people have repoted issues with stats updating.

1. I don't even run PBset up.
2. how do i add them to my exception list on vista?
3. how can i get this to stop happening?
