Hello every1, i ran CoD4 yesterday on my rig, i was wondering on the settings does "Normal" mean highest, uknow when u switch it between low and normal?

Texture Settings is where you lower the graphics if you have a lowend PC, by deafult its set to automatic but you can lower it by clicking.

I think he was on about the options under the 'Graphics' tab rather than the 'Texture Settings' tab .

no no not at all i would like to max the game from all aspects , scinto i currently got the texture on Extra is the teh highest?

i know, but showing normal under the graphics options doesnt mean much, on a midend rig it will still show normal and perhaps even on a lowend, but the point is that its the Textures that will significently reduce/increase your fps.
