Heavy stutter problem, kind of sure its PB

As the title says, I experience very bad stutter on the game I'm pretty sure its PB because I have a constant 50-65 FPS even when it happens, connection is good and have gamerail and optimized DNS so its a pretty smooth connection, the game like I said, stutters really bad and even when I put the pb_sleep 500 configuration, it stutters but a little less.

So can anyone help me, I have tried re installing the PB services, used the Namakan (then Sys.Op) fix kit, updating PB several times but still, I have erased my cache, and defragmenting after it, then defragin once the shader were optimized again.

Does it stutter on certain parts of the game?
Or just generally?
