    vidoe card question

    which video card is better for bf2?

    radeon hd2600 xt or


    geforce 8500gt. if neither is good can someone suggest a good card at a good price.

      I'm using a 1 GB Nvidia 8500GT and it works just fine, I think I'm on medium settings. I've not tried the ATI cards so can't comment on them.

        well im in the 100-130 price range here. i just want more fps and my card isnt getting anywhere near 100 fps. maybe 60 if im lucky and only playing in a map with 24 peeps.

          although, your CPU would bottleneck it, but that's the same with any card with that sort of power.

                  For the price your looking at, it's the best out there. The maximum resolutions your looking at is 1440x900 on new games and 1680x1050 on older games.

                  The memory just hinders large resolutions or texture heavy games.
