IS THERE a ThIRD PERSON VIEW MOD!

hey,ive been searching forever to find a third person view mod for battlefield 2142,even if it is just for single player.to my surprise i cant find one,if anyone knows were to find one,or if you modders out there want to make one,please tell me about it.

i dont think theres a 3rd person mod but if you like ill make one for you.
any specifications like lasersight on weapons etc?
