What's most fun about COD4?

We all obviously play COD4 to enjoy it, but how do you guys enjoy it most?

It could be attempting to get the highest score on a FFA, grabbing Headshots, getting Gold Guns, or simply running around killing rambo style.

For me, it'd have to be getting long kill streaks. Those have to be the best part of COD4 for me. :)

I enjoy playing it as silently as I can in HARDCORE .

Kinda fun sneaking behind the unknowing enemy and slicing their throat .

Or blowing their head apart with a shotgun on point blank range .

The pace of Cod's action has always been one of an kind... You don't see that in other games...

Another things that i love is, getting massive streaks with my sniper rifle.

And sneaking around in ghillie, what is more fun than being prone in grass and enemy runs past you without even noticing you?

Going on Repulses's FIBUA clan server, hiding behind the hill on Ambush with my silenced G3 and all stealth perks simply raping everyone coming past. Going on a 25 kill streak

Deep down its just another FPS, but what I like is how customizable it is with weapons, perks, camoflage.

Even the maps are very changeable. You have 17 maps and two main playing types with 6 games for each map.

Graphics and requirements are nice too You can just do a lot with it.

My favorite has to be what my clan has done recently.

So we got the AWE4 mod and we play hardcore. In the last 2 weeks we've been playing sabotage with the bomb and target indicators OFF!
Yeah you dont know who to kill or where the bomb is!
Why is this awesome? because our clan is large enough to have 8 vs 8 in house matches where each team is in their own vent channel. We use communication and teamwork to locate, capture, and escort the bomb to the target. Since there is no indicators you have to let the rest of the team know where the bomb is.
Its unbelievably fun to play.
Ive never seen so much teamwork in a cod 4 game type and thats what it's all about.

What happens is theres the initial fight for the bomb that is in the center of the map, whoever can get the bomb falls back to their team and then the team organizes an escort of people that take point, people that cover the flank and rear, and someone to stick with the bomb carrier. Then the whole team has to kill a path to the enemy bomb target and plant and defend. If they fail the other team gets the bomb and tries to push back or sneak past the enemy lines and plant with 2-3 people instead of the whole team. This all happens thanks to the disabling of the bomb indicators.

HC mode for sure. Normal just doesn't cut it anymore. I've changed all my kits for HC.

I see nothing particularly interresting in CoD4's graphics. Maybe cause you don't have time to look around much when there nades flying everywhere :laugh:

My favourite thing about CoD4 (well all FPS's really) is trying to outsmart my enemy and just own everyone on the server. Tactics and just trying to do things you could never do in normal life (bragging about a headshot on a running guy 80 m away is nothing you'd do if it was real life)

Getting a whole bunch of awesome M14 kills. Like a marksman streak...boom boom boom three headshots...

Being able to use the gun I'm addicted to...the M16A4, lest we forget the kick *** ACOG /tribute

Being USMC and SAS, two best armies ev3r.

Awesome SP campaign...though I could of though of some things I would change and make it longer...

seriously its a rush you can rack up about 200 to 240 pts doing this.
