How do you take and save screen shots?

Press Print Screen or Prnt Scrn

    It saves to

Printing the screen probably lags your game for a couple of seconds. I therefore always start up FRAPS and use it instead of the built-in Battlefield screenshot. It only lags for half a second which isn't as bad.
