Help with Battlelauncher

Either in BattleLauncher or BattleDirector can someone please give me a tutorial. Not one that includes the fraps theory tho, theres a different way around creating a BF2 video without having to use fraps, someone must know how. Please a tutorial of any kind.

Fraps is honestly the easiest way to do things.

Launch a demo, record an angle, restart the demo and repeat.
