Adding server admin

I've just bought a server for BF2 and can't figure out how to add admins to it.

I've got mod manager in place, but typing "!k <ID> <Reason>" just tells me that I'm not an admin. Anyone know which script to edit?

Are you using BF2cc?

You need you're head admin to log in to BF2cc.
Then the new admin logs into the BF2 server and the admin in BF2cc can assign them admin rights.

Make sure you have .net framework 1.1 otherwise BF2CC won't work.
