Ok, so I'm running vista and I just installed the game. Then I installed patches 1.1,1.2,1.3,1.4,1.4 into 1.5. now I get this error everytime the game loads ERROR: could not find zone'C:\program files\activision\call of duty 4-modern warfare\zone\english\code_post_gfx.mp'. Also before the game starts it says it it appears that cod4 did not quit properly the last time it ran and if i want to load it in safe mode.

if you have not uninstalled & re installed i would do that, & just re patch with the 1.5 patch. as for the safe mode thing if after you re install you get that which i do from time to time, click ok then just adjust your settings to what you want it only takes a min to do. ie graphics sound then apply. then it should load ok!
