BF2 won't respond when logging in

Hi,

I just patched my BF2 to version 1.41

The game starts without any problems, but when I try to log on with my
online account it will stay in the loading screen forever.
Since the patch was kinda huge I gave it some time to adjust or something.
I let the game load for over 2 hours now, so that can't be a good thing D

Do any of you know how to fix this problem?



(they game never did not gave any problems before patching to 1.41)

the EA master server is down and you just wasted your time:) waiting that is, the game should take but a couple seconds to log in
