i play on dual core 2.00 ghz 8800gts oc 3gig ram and it runs smooth as a baby s *** with every possible setting on max whit lowest fps 60

I have an AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+ 3.2 Ghz and it plays the game fine.

So your Intel one will have no problem.
