how do i get grenade launcher

Hi I can't figure out how to use the grenade launcher,do I need a specific rank.Im a fist seargent and I dont see it in any of my perk options.

That's 'cause it's not on the perks list.
It's on the "attachments" list, ie, like the red dot sight, silencer, etc. :)

Go into Create a Class on the main menu, pick your class.
Pick the weapon you want then it should have a list of attachments for that weapon you have unlocked.

and all weapons dont support granade launchers... like sniper or shotgun...

The only gun that use the M203 (nade launcher) are the assault rifles, and the MP44 unlocked at rank 52 doesn't.

No, you can't use two weapon attacments at once. It's a balance issue
