W1200 "slower" than M1014?

Is it just me, or does it seem to take longer for a shot from a W1200 Shotgun to reach the enemy than an M1014 does?

There seems to be a few milliseconds worth of delay, which at times causes some rather unwanted deaths.

No, I'm not shooting improperly. :p I've at times took a shot at somebody close by only for them to run away without any sort of hit detection. When I switched to the M1014 on the same server, things were much easier for me.

The minimum damage range is lower in the W1200, which may suggest the pellets travel slower, and therefore take longer to hit someone.

I am just presuming though.

Yea, I may have noticed that too... it seems like you have to lead your targets sometimes, even at close range.
