  • Can you post ultra high pics?

    im planning on getting a 8800gt real soon, and i want to see what it looks like with 16xAA and 16xAF. i can max everything out at 4xAA and no AF and it looks ok. i wanna know wtf is that AF and whats the difference from 4xAA and 16xAA. thanks to who ever shows me their bf2 pics.

            I forced BF2 to the MAX!!

            16xAA 16xAF <--i think

            BF2 engine = weak to my 8800GTX

            now COD4... thats a little different

              everything is on max, runin at 1280x1024

              myaf is on 16x in nvidia control panel and AA is on 8x

                  right click desktop > nvidia control panel > click "Manage 3D settings" on the left > click the "global settings" tab and there you go.

                  in order to force anti aliasing you have to set it to "override any application setting", then pick the mode you want to set it at (2x, 4x, etc)

                    Right click on dektop, go to Nvidia Properties/control panel, then "manage 3d settings", find bf2.exe and set AA to forced 16x

                      be careful, this might be to much for some of your other games and may cause them to lag

                        that's a good point.

                        remember when I said click the "global settings" tab? well, right beside that the "program settings" tab allows you to set settings for each individual game. just look for your game on the list provided, or click the "Add" button and you can pick the shortcut yourself from your computer
