    thanks, i am just thinking that maybe the processor is the blame, as i only run a amd 3500+ ( 2.0 ghz )...should i go to cataylist software and run everything on low or disable everything?....even at low in game settings i get 40fps. but if no one knows what i should do, thanks for all your help.
