I dont know if a thread was done on this or not. But does Zakaev's son look just like the sniper/merc guy in Behind Enemy Lines? I mean they both wear the blue joggersuit with white stripes. I think IW was going somewhere with that but not sure what.
I see the similarities. Not sure where they would be going with that though.
You should really change your sig. to the way it is supposed to be. "The object of war is not to die for your country but to make the other bastard die for his." General George Patton.

found this from gfaq forums. "A Russian friend of mind explained that in Russian prisons, prisoners used to have the option of wearing their own tracksuits if they could afford them. Therefore, having a matching tracksuit started as a symbol of being a gangster or other relatively well-off criminal. Tracksuits moved from the criminal element to more main-stream "cool" in Russia as time went by."
Wow! Didn't know that. In the US you have the option to wear an orange jumpsuit or nothing at all. But were the tracksuites they buy all blue with white stripes? Like a common prison uniform but nicer?
You... did NOT just say that Spitfire. Despite the fact that the whole SAM launch was unrealistic, it was a great movie! :)
And yes, I do see the similarities.
The whole movie was unrealistic! Not only was the SAM launch unrealistic, but everything from the tank bursting through the walls and into that building, to the scene at the end where a battalion of troops are ALL firing at the ONE guy, and he doesn't get hit, but yet as he shoots his M9 pistol while sliding across the ice he hits an enemy with every shot.
And then he even gets away!!! Soooo horrible, its war movies like that, that make me cringe.
