Problem with Mod Warfare in Hardcore

Hi all

I have just aquired a new 12 man server for our clan members cos some of us were tired with the lack of teamwork in our pubbie server and the over use of some perks and weapons.

Anyway Ive set it up in Mod Warfare and turned on Hardcore but it just isnt the same as Hardcore on a Ranked server.

My problems are these:

1. The weapons damage is similair to Softcore (takes a clip to kill someone).

2. Points icons come up on screen when youve killed somone or taken an objective.

As this is the first time running Mod Warfare Im unsure if these things are part of the mod or are options I can change. Number 2 I can live with but number 1 is getting me loads of complaints from the members.

Please help, all I want is a quiet life.

P.s. If these are normal can anybody point me towards a Mod similair to Harcore but with the possibilty of all weapons and perks.

Firstly, remember that the config to change and variables needs to be in the modwarfare folder.

Second. Playerhealth is bugged when using modwarfare so use this in your config

set scr_player_maxhealth 30

I believe 30 is the value used on a ranked harcore server.

This is for the "points"

set scr_enable_scoretext 0

I believe a server restart is required for the points one.
