Pipeline question

I was playing the Pipeline map a couple days ago. I was in the underground tunnels that connect the warehouses. I ran down one onf the hall ways and got shot. but no one was around. So I spawned and ran back down there to see if whoever shot me was still there. There's one hallway with the 3 pipes behind a section of chainlink fence. Behind this fencing was another guy. The guy who shot me. He was inside the pipes With only his hands legs and head visible. Behind the fencing. I snuck up onhis blindside and shot him. For the last 2 days I have been trying to figure out how the hell he got in there to no avail. Any ideas?

This is a glitch thats starting to spread around, i know your post isnt meaningful to pass it on and doesnt give much away but i do feel that people will only try after reading this.
