Mouse and Keyboard not working in game.

Mouse and Keyboard not working in game, but work perfectly fine in the menus and load screen. They even worked yesterday, but I have been having problems with my new computer build that I just finished, Especially my new Video card and its drivers. I'm thinking this might somehow be related to the Video card, but I'm not sure how.
