Singleplayer = insert DVD even with DVD in

So I decided to play singleplayer tonight, played it a few days ago no problem. Now when I click on singleplayer icon I get the...

"Please insert the correct DVD-ROM, select OK and restart application"

Even though I have the disc in the drive...



I went the the troubleshooting list, but since I am playing on VIsta x64, and not XP, it isn't too much help, since some stuff has changed, like holding down shift when autoplay starts, and the locations of some of the settings they tell you to fix. I am still looking for a few things, like DMA, and CD-ROM cache size. One thing though, I did move the bulk of my paging file to another drive, could this be a problem?

Anyone know what the dealioo is?

First, you need to use the DVD drive you installed the game with, like what Vreki said.
