Mod tools are finished = 600MB

Well, I've just been perusing the IW forums and the mod tools have been finalized and are ready for distribution in a 600MB download. Expect to see a post very soon because they've committed to "by end of the week" for it to be available for mass consumption.

That ain't the case always(technically it is but still)... In Finland it depends lot about your training. As an example, here normal MP training gives u 9 months of service time. And MP leader puts you through 12 months of service.

Probably because it was a development tool they had been using all along and well before Vista.
