I get error message: This server only allows players with unmodified content...revert

I updated BF2 with the latest patches/punkbuster and it works great EXCEPT when I try to play Special Forces Xpack. When I connect to a BF2 SF server and the "Join Game" button comes up after the map is loaded and verified, I start moving my mouse to click the "Join Game" button and I get booted back to the multi player list and receive this error message: THIS SERVER ONLY ALLOWS PLAYERS WITH UNMODIFIED CONTENT TO JOIN. REVERT YOUR VERSION OF BATTLEFIELD 2 TO THE CURRENT OFFICIAL VERSION.

I have the most current version with the update but I am unable to connect to Special Forces servers for some reason. I don't use any mods or hacks. Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it?

BTW, I am using Battlefield 2 Deluxe Edition, which installs BF2 and the Special Forces X-pack all at once.

try re-patching again and re-download the patch from a different server just incase it was corrupted.

try reinstalling bf2 from beginning. it sux but sometimes must be done.

i keep having this problem with certain servers - i just rejoin and all is OK

I re-downloaded and re-installed the patch and it works perfect now. Thanks guys!!
