My game always crashes. I will be playing then BAM, I'm at the desktop. There are no errors or consistency in when it happens, just that it always does. Ive searched the program files for crash logs or something and havent found anything. Ive deleted my cache, updated drivers to all the recommended and everything. Where should i look next to find the source of this problem?
The only other input i can think of is i suspect it is sound related. I use onboard sound and it has caused problems since ive built this PC.
Alright i did some trouble shooting and i think i found the problem. WoW was crashing too so i knew it wasnt BF2142. I disabled my sound and it still happend so sound was ruled out. I remember i recently added another 2gb of RAM and i use to run custom RAM settings under my bios. I went into my bios and set all my RAM settings to "by SPD" and now it "seems" everything is fine.
