    Ok here i need to know how to get better quality on youtube

      There's already a sticky here with tips, but:

      In Sony Vegas, I use: .wmv filetype @ 3mbps compression. This compresses the file quite a bit, and is still good quality (I use it for youtube)

      Use .avi for higher quality, it doesn't compress it as much, but it looks nicer.

      Personally, I can hardly tell the difference between compressing with .wmv and .avi, probably because I care more about the content than the compression, but both are fine. I believe Nav uses 3mbps .wmv as well.
