The MP44 Is Great!

Well after searching for my new Baur and looking through many different weapons, going through the G3, M14 and then onto the MP44 i think i have found it!

This gun IMO is actually the best all around assault rifle, giving a hefty punch and not much recoil, there is only one thing i dont like about it, the no unlocks ability, i realize its a WW2 weapon but giving it 150 headshots challenge only to receive the camos is a bit of a let down.

Maybe the gun would be over powered with the reflex sight but i would sure as hell like to see a silencer for the gun, thats the only thing i miss.

So basically what is your opinion of the MP44 and the no unlocks situation?

i always use the AK +Acog and i think its a beast, its like having my Baur back ;D

Behold the G3! It may only be single shot but this gun kicks ***! Just got 70 headshots with this baby today and got the red tiger! I used to dread having to use the gun but now im never putting it down!

From now on when i refer to my Baur, im referring to my G3 <3

M14 is my new Baur, thats reminds me....update sig :s

OK so i have been experimenting YES, but its only because i miss my Baur, i finally think i have found the gun for me. the MP44

Haha! Well, I do agree, it's a great gun. I don't understand why people curse it for it's innacuracy - I shoot fine with it - but that just may be because I use the Ak47 which requires you to actually aim/burst rather than M4 spam.

Im glad you like it, but surely to me.. My Baur = AK47

I think the mp44 is like ak47. But it doesn't have the add-ons. That's why I think it's not so great. I see people with mp44 alot in HC though.

I am very disappointed we didnt even get a silencer, it put me off the gun at first but i really like it, yes its like the AK with slower ROF but i just find it to overpower the AK in situations, although in scope the recoil can be erratic.

I'm not a fan. I've tried it; it's not for me. Perhaps I'll give it a go when I'm tired of the other weapons I enjoy more.

the MP44 it's great. My first 15+ kill streaks came from it. Lotsa headshots, three shots-two kills, etc. Quite deadly, i think. (Judge my new sig :p )
I use it with stopping power+deep impact since i unlocked it and now it has a nice blue tiger camo. I think the Mp44 is correctly the Baur of COD4, but the auto one, the semiauto it's the M14.

im using it with Stopping power and Steady aim and i dont really like to rely on killing my opponents through the walls, and greater accuracy is always a help.

The MP44 i remember whizzing through the headshots, one crossfire I got a double headshot on a pair of snipers from one end of the map to the other. Good ole deep impact! Map it made me laugh.

I'm only at level 47, so I dunno. I like AK47 paired with Desert Eagle. The AK74 ain't bad either.
