I recently returned to BF2 after a long absence.
I have completely reinstalled the game and downloaded the newest patch v1.41.
However, I keep getting some message to download 'Highway Tampa' which I have done 3 times now - to no avail.
Secondly, I thought I'd create a new character to 'start again' as it seemed slightly unfair to run around with this super-whizzy 2 Star when I was actually pretty nooby i.e. it took me about 5 rounds to figure out how to say 'Hey thanks!' No - I'm not joking!
Thirdly, my newest character scores and badges etc aren't updating.
I have emailed EA for help and got some sort of 'well, it can take time.'
Yeah - got that - but 3 weeks?
Does anyone know what on earth is going on - am I just being dim? I looked through the other threads for answers - hence I am now asking you guys!
