pls help! cant use download key!!!

before i got my new PC i downloaded NS with the pre-paid code, it ran fine ect. But now i am trying to get NS on my PC again but it wont let me use the same key to download it....:cry:

you should already have it saved on the ea downloader??? I put my code in when i bought the game and it downloaded from ea downloader.. now everytime i need to install it, it instantly gives me the files and im ready to go. have you checked ea downloader properly as it should be saved if u have used it before
