I downloaded the file BF2SP64_103.exe. Double clicked to install it. I accept the terms, it goes through a bunch of files and then gives me a blue screen for half a second and then the blue screen dissappears. When I launch BF2, I only see 16 player map sizes and not 32 or 64. I've even played them all and they're all only 16. I have the complete collection with the latest update. What am I doing wrong?

That mod is very old and obsolete; it was developed when there were no tools for expanding the bot-usable area (navmesh). Only the human-usable area is expanded (bots in aircraft can also use the expanded area I believe). The author, Viathon, was working on a true expanded navmesh version but it never got past a beta release AFAIK. The mod you should install is xstax981's v2.32: http://files.filefront.com/Bf2SP64+2.../fileinfo.html . This includes SP/co-op versions of all vanilla maps including Highway Tampa.
