Actually, from the back of the box:

NVIDIA Geforce 6600 or ATI Radeon 9800pro or better.

Based on that, the 9550 card probably won't be enough to run the game. I'd suggest downloading the free single-player demo, installing it, and giving it a try to see for sure.
