Does this problem become apparent on all server you play on or just one or two?

Whats your connection speed and what's your average ping?

Are you playing the game online through a wireless connection?

        :)

If it's too high, when you bump into materials, its meant to make a sound effect. But, if the sound processing unit isn't up to scratch, it may lag trying to do this.

That is why we have software and hardware with low, medium and high.

If you don't have an external sound card like an X-Fi, Sound Blaster Audigy etc... then you need to run on software, not hardware.

Or try software and low, and see if it fixes. If not, its clearly not the problem.

Not sure, but I think everyone gets those glitches when running over the railways etc... It's part of the rushed out engine as far as I know.
