A recent conversion

I used to use the m16 for the one burst kill but too many times I'd have to fire off another 2-3 bursts whether its because I'm lagging, crappy shot or the enemy is using juggernaught.

So I picked up the m4 and I love it. My one problem is that I continually get picked off at long range by m4 + red dot, and even though I switched to the acog i still die first.

The AK is a beast!!

I feel like all I have to do is stick steady aim, and stopping power on it, then point it in the direction of the enemy... and you get a kill. :yay:

I either go with the silencer or the red-dot for it. The acog is just bad in all respects. :P

i always use the AK +Acog and i think its a beast, its like having my Baur back ;D

I think reflex sights are a category of sights, and red dot is a single type of sight in that category.

I recently discovered a gun called the MP5. I love it as of now.

Roger that. I've used the MP5 with the reflex scope and double tap and pwned all night tonight, MVPing on several maps. Didn't think it would out shoot the machine guns on Vacant...but it did!

On another note..."Lag kills." Select those servers who's pings are super low and it makes one's gaming experience and k/d ration sooo much better. ( I know everyone knows this, but it's worth repeating ).

The Red dot sight (sometimes called an Infinity sight) is a non-magnifying firearm sight that uses an illuminated red dot reticle. This type of reflex sight can also be found on telescopes and point and shoot digital cameras that have electronic viewfinders.

Like conventional scopes, red dot sights place the target and the reticle on nearly the same optical plane, allowing a single point of focus. Because there is no magnification, the shooter need not worry about parallax or eye relief. The long eye relief possible makes red dot sights appropriate for firearms with heavy recoil that might drive a conventional short eye relief scope into the shooter's eye; one example would be shotguns used for hunting turkey.
