Server connection times out

With every server i try to connect with its always the same thing. It attemts to connect with server, same time countinc numbers. At 11 pumps out a messege server connection timed out.
First i tought it was server problem but after 10-th server it occured to me that something was wrong. Please help i cant figure this out!

Change the amount of time that a connection to a server can be attempted by going into the console and typing this:

/seta cl_ConnectionAttempts X

Replace X with a number, I suggest 30.
