Favourite Starting Class?

I don't think a thread like this has been done before, so I went ahead and made one. :)

So, which Class is your favourite overall? I'm sure we all had to start one point or another and we had to rely on one of these as we went along.

You may vote on how well the class setup is if you'd like. If you've forgotten, no worries, here are pics of the class setups.

Assualt, only used the GL for long range

Switched about between assault and lmg...- both great kits to get used to the game.

Allow you to keep distance rather than charging about to get within range for shotty or smg kits.

Sniper I didnt touch until I got the barret and iron lungs.... although have picked up the m21 on a couple of occasions and its quite useful.

the first one i used was the assault, not bad weapon the M16... maintained me alive for the sufficient time to get levels and have experience... :)
But also enjoyed Spec Ops and LMGunner... the Spec reminds me of BF2... if not, put a custom class with G36 or M4 instead of MP5 and then tell me

I will tell you now Steady aim is no good for SMG's... It is only good for used on AR's and LMG's... SMG's are already very good at close range shooting.. I do much better with out it.. you just gotta remember to zoom in.. I just started using SMG's... my first main was a G36C bandiler / stopping power / steady aim.. then I went with a LMG for a long time with RPD same setup... but with grip instead for the first perk... But yeah use somthing else on your SMG and you will find you can clear out a room much easyer then with steady aim... Deep impact is good... but anything besides wasting steady aim on a SMG...

playing Project reality made me hate the m16 for it total suckyness so i steered away from it. now however ive started to play with it and it isnt half bad in this game,

ps. support kit in shipment TDM was easy points when i started out.

tbh the original Assault class is very much still used today with maybe a different perk over EC.

I'm at lvl 55 and I still revert back to the basic Sniper kit when our snipers are doing **** and I've got all my classes loaded out for challenges.

when i first got the game i used the assault and still use the m16

I had some fun with the spec ops class, C4 is actually pretty awesome.
