With the ones you posted I would have to go with the m4 being my favorite out of those choices. The scope on the m4 being another plus for it.

My choice is AK, although the M16 is better then all 3 as an all-around gun.

G36C for sure. I can shoot them from afar or close by with ease. Reload time is long? Doesn't seem like it. I've also gotten quite used to the Iron Sights.

the M4's sway is doing my head in atm (trying to get red tiger for it), the G36 has little sway or recoil, the ironsights are fine imo, and i've never had trouble with the reload

the AK is good, but i find it misses out when it comes to long range firefights

That's what I'd vote for. I would use it more often, but me loving realim so much, I only use weapons the team I'm on would use. :p

I'd say the AK-47 is a good rifle, but it's not accurate. Some of you don't seem to know recoil and accuracy have alot in common. Like if the recoil is huge then you can't be accurate, unless maybe you fire in semi. So back on to the AK, I think it's "Ok", but not better, it lacks the accuracy I like, but it's hard hitting, sounds cool, and looks good.

The M4 is also a great rifle, a little less good then the M16A4 IMO, but it's still a beast!

The G36C looks so cool, reload is ok, I hate the sights thoug. Recoil is good, so accuracy too, but I can't hit anything unless I have a red dot on it, never realy tried an ACOG on it, since I've never realy seen anybody put one on. (Once again I'm limiting myself to realism, it's fun).


I'd say the M16A4 or M4 , digi cam (I got red tiger though), and an ACOG are the best combo, but an ACOG sucks for CQB, so you need steady aim.


I've never realy played much with the G3, supposably it's realy good too.

As a matter of fact recoil and accuracy are quite different. It's a well known fact that the first bullet (considering you are in full auto) with the AK is laser-precise. It behaves like this in the game as well.

Hmmmm, I guess it's our definitions of recoil and accuracy that are different.

M16 is good, but it kinda sucks in cqb against, lets say, any SMG. M4 again has a much higher chance of pwning em.

But even then my main weapon is the M16 and the pump-action shotty which just owns when used with double-tap.
