Q: nvidia driver?

Hey,

I am using Windows Vista 32bit and looking for the best driver for this game for my 8800 card.


Any suggestions?

They can be iffy. Sometimes good, sometimes really bad.

little bit better than the .25's.. also keep in mind that the Omega's have been known to trip Punkbuster giving out a false reading of "VIDEO HACK". Just FYI.

I used to use the omega drivers before nvidia started bringing out their own forceware drivers.

I haven't used them in a while but a few years ago they were really good.

It's your call. Personally, I trust nVidia, since they have the budget, knowledge, and resources to make good products. The Betas may work, they might not. That's why they're Betas.

The game is crashing when using drivers 169.28 & 169.25

For now, I am using 163.75 and happy with it :)

yeah thats good.. some work good depending on the system.
