Used the G3 only once. It seems to me a wet towel would make more impact than a G3, every time in a 101 encounter I get owned even when I'm first to start shooting. I threw it away to never be used again.Comment

The M14 has power over the G3, but I prefer the G3 with the RDS, it has pin point accuracy and very low recoil, its power is godly as well. While the M14 has higher recoil but more fire power.Comment

m14 plus red dot is a beast on hard core.
plus the power of the m14 means you can use overkill and take a silenced p90 as a secondary weapon. Thus you should in theory own at any range. Doesn't always work lol but i like it.Comment

In hardcore M14 & Red Dot means ownage...
I was playing on HC server last night, i have stopping power with the M14. map was Bloc, i went hiding to second floor of the building, just shot everything what moved and they went down with the first hit.
Then the chat started to fill with questions like "is one shot kill in this?" etc...
I had to fill em in that i have stopping power with m14, so that i don't get kicked... :laugh:Comment

G3!
I play hardcore only and the recoil on the m14 is way too horrid if your trying to shoot several guys. When you turn around a corner and theres 3 guys the recoil of the m14 will push the gun left and right, the g3 will allow you to line up your next shot FASTER then the m14, and that is why its better in my book.Comment

Currently I use the M14 with ACOG a lot, but i was wondering if it would be worth it to unlock the ACOG for the M21 and use that instead?
I don't really like sniping, but if the M21 handles like a more powerful version of the M14 then I could definitely see the advantage. The only disadvantage seems to be the smaller clip

waste of a perk right there
on HC, i love both of the G3 and M14, silencer, UAV jammer, theres my silent sniper rifle right there :) is such an effective tool
out of the two its equal, i love the feel of the M14, but love hte sights and less recoil of the G3Comment
