i load my game up then when i try to load a map it freezes halfway. i have already deleted the radical file as i had the same problem previously.

Happens to me every few weeks or so. As it did today. This is the last time i'm fixing this damn problem. unless someone has a better way, this is how I have to remedy the issue...
Uninstall the game.
Reinstall the game.
Get the current patch.
Patch the game.
Reinstall the NS expansion.
Patch the game again.
Update the Punkbuster file.
Play for a few weeks.
Rinse.
Repeat.
I'm seriously looking into CoD 4. -
dude it sounds like the radial file bug but if that doesn't work, i don't know. deleting radial file always worked for me. did you try deleting all the cache? it's ridiculous we have to solve these crashes on our own, sorry guys.
