Multi-player help

I'm not seeing any servers and can't connect with friends through xfire. I'm using a wireless router. When at a friend's house I can see all of the servers so I know it's a setting on my router but have no idea what to look for. Have never been able to play multi from home but can at friend's house without changing anything on laptop. Please help!

Have you patched to 1.4?
