My annoying problem : (

Right people, I join a game on bf2, everything is fine, I press "w" to run forwards, to find my player running for say, 6 seconds and then stopping while I still have "w" held down, so I have to press "w" again to make him start running again,this happens again and again, and again, I'm sure this isnt such a serious problem but it's getting to be a pain now and I can't find any solution so far, Is this a game setting I need to change or my keyboard?, please try and help in any way you can.

It's either lag or your "w" key is fux0red. Does it happen say when you are walking backwards with the "s" key?

How old is ur keyboard?

Have you tried remapping that function to another key or perhaps a mouse button? try doing that to rule out a keyboard issue.
