I have a LG desktop microphone I have the volume set all the way to high in the control panel but my friends still complain about it being to quiet in TS I have also turned the outbound all the way up too. Is there anyway to make it louder like a software I can dl somewhere any help would be appreciated.

Control Panel > Sound > Recording > Select your input device > Rick Click, select Properties > Custom > check the 'Microphone +20db boost' box.
Also ensure the slider in the 'Levels' tab is to the far right.
XP;
Control Panel > Sound and Audio Devices > Audio > Click 'Volum' under the 'Sound Recording' section > In the new windows, goto options, select Advanced > Click on Advanced under your device in the window > check the '1 Microphone Boost' box.

It could just be your mike is too far away from you!
