the in-game voice chat. From the time I booted the game up to now(low level 20's) I haven't encountered even 1 other person. I've asked through voice chat many a time but recieved no answer.

Most people use Teamspeak/Ventrilo, so they don't really configure there in-game voice crap. I just about remember the key I have t use in game for it, but i dont know whether it works or not lol. Pitty as this means its a waste of perk at the end of the day lol.

The only servers that i see VOIP used on a regular basis is Tactical Realism for S&D. Communication is the key to winning and not everyone is on TS or Vent with their server.Comment

The few times I've heard anyone say anything was "our team sux..." And that when I joined in the last few minutes of the round.
But I would like to use it and its one of my 2008 New Year Resolutions, "I Soldat, will use the in-game VOiP" There, and its not even Dec 31 yet!Comment

VOIP could be used so effectively in this game, i would love to see it used the way its supposed to be, but i rarely hear anyone using it.Comment

coming from 2142 which is a more team based game to c.o.d, i was a little diserpointed with the lack of community in game.
but the voip is pretty crap, & those that have the skillz to play as a squad in c.o.d use ts or ventrilo. to organise them self's a bit better.....Comment
